Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from college, or the equivalent, previous banking/financial services/teller experience two (2) years of experience in banking industry.
- Minimum two years cash handling experience
- Minimum two years customer service experience
- Ability to travel to other branches as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive experience in assisting customers with inquires and/or problem resolution
Desired Skills and Aptitudes/Assets:
While requirements many be representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform this job successfully, the incumbent will process the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently.
- Experience in Fiserv systems/applications is desirable.
- Proficiency with basic office computer software, e.g. word processing, e-mail and spreadsheets is an asset.
- Ability to interact positively with customers, strong team player
- Must be able to multitask and the ability to be flexible in adapting to change.
- Cross-selling products experience.
