Chief Credit Officer

Trans Pacific National Bank is seeking an experienced Chief Credit Officer. Individual chosen for this position will manage the bank's loan portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Reporting directly to the President, this position is responsible for the strategic planning and development of the banks lending activities ensuring appropriate policies and procedures are in place, and ensuring the banks lending activities adhere to policy guidelines, loan documentation is adequate to ensure security of collateral and that ongoing administration and review is adequate to maintain the loan portfolios quality and profitability.
  • The CCO manages the banks loan portfolio. Manages and directs the banks loan operations with oversight of the banks lending programs.
  • The CCO will be responsible for researching and evaluating the feasibility of new lending products, set lending strategies, give direction to all lending staff, manage financial planning processes for the lending functions and monitor adherence to budget.
  • The CCO will provide oversight and guidance for bank's lending officers.
  • The CCO will manage the bank's Special Assets to resolve problem loan situations to maximize the realization value to the Bank in both work-with and workout scenarios.
  • The CCO will lead the Senior Loan Committee and will serve as a member of the banks senior management team.
  • Degree in related field as well as 7+ years progressive experience managing credit administration or loan operations, including real estate and commercial lending.
